He combines his knowledge as a trained ecologist with a lifelong passion for creating art. His art blends sculpting skills and a love of clay with an in-depth knowledge of the natural environment, resulting in an intriguing marriage between his passions. He feels like a conduit channelling the rich South African landscape in exploring facets of humanity. Using earth itself to manifest that which is often intangible.
